Q. What is a HUNTâLOCATION^™ Member?

A HUNTâLOCATION™ Member is a fully validated paying subscriber to the HUNTâLOCATION™ Platform, granting them full access to The Reading Room and The Library. This engaged community of Creatives consists of business founders, brand and marketing managers, photographers, stylists, directors, advertising and content agencies, art and creative directors, producers, and event managers who create content for the fashion, homewares, retail, marketing and advertising industries both in Australia and globally. They seek well crafted and unique locations for their creative projects.

Q. What is a HUNTâLOCATION^™ Partner?

A HUNTâLOCATION™ Partner is a HOUSE or SPACE location, (Individual or Business), within the HUNTâLOCATION™ library available to hire by a HUNTâLOCATION™ Member for creative projects such as photography shoots, tv commercials, motion shoots, social media content or events. The HUNTâLOCATION™ Partners consist of a hand-picked selection of houses and spaces which are promoted to a vast community of HUNTâLOCATION™ Creative Members. Partners pay a small Annual Partner Fee to be featured on the HUNTâLOCATION™ Platform.

Q. How does HUNTâLOCATION™ work?

HUNTâLOCATION™ provides Members access to a curated library of unique locations, offering advanced search options, simplifying location bookings and communication, fostering collaboration, and offering exclusive content within a connected Creative Community.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: Creative professionals, individuals and businesses interested in accessing HUNTâLOCATION™ curated locations and exclusive content sign up for a Membership subscription on the Platform.
EXPLORE THE LIBRARY + THE READING ROOM: Once registered, Members gain access to The Library, a diverse collection of unique locations, including Spaces, Houses, Nature and Street, and The Reading Room, our digital publication.
LOCATION SEARCH: Members can use the Platform's advanced search functionality to find locations based on specific criteria, such as Category, Room, Use, Tags, Themes, and Collections.
COLLABORATE AND SHARE: Members can save their favourite locations, create vision boards and share locations with their network and crew collaborating on location decision making.
DIRECT BOOKING AND COMMUNICATION: Members gain access to directly communicate with Location Partners, checking availabilities, and using the convenient online booking system to secure locations for their projects. Filming + photography permits can be easily accessed for all Street and Nature locations.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT: Bookings are confirmed by signing Booking Agreements and providing Insurance coverage. Payments are processed via the Stripe Platform with payments and booking history available to view on your private profile page. HUNTâLOCATION™ does not charge any additional booking fees or location search fees, these are covered by your Subscription.
WHAT DOES THE ANNUAL MEMBER FEE COVER: Your Member fee allows access to The Reading Room and The Library, enabling you to book locations directly with Partners. Your Membership is valid for 12 months from the HUNTâLOCATION™ launch ealy 2024. Your Membership will not auto-renew. Renewal notices will be sent out for the 2nd year of membership. Q. Do you offer a trial period?

We offer a 14 day trial from the commencement of your Membership. If you feel that HUNTâLOCATION™ isn't the perfect fit for you, we provide a full refund for cancellations made within 14 days.

Q. Is my Partner Membership transferable?

Individual Memberships are non-transferable. Business and Company Memberships are retained under the business or company name and can be transferred between users, as long as the number of users remains the same.
