A HUNTâLOCATION™ Partner is a HOUSE or SPACE location, (Individual or Business), within the HUNTâLOCATION™ library available to hire by a HUNTâLOCATION™ Member for creative projects such as photography shoots, tv commercials, motion shoots, social media content or events. The HUNTâLOCATION™ Partners consist of a hand-picked selection of houses and spaces which are promoted to a vast community of HUNTâLOCATION™ Creative Members. Partners pay a small Annual Partner Fee to be featured on the HUNTâLOCATION™ platform.
A HUNTâLOCATION™ Member is a fully validated paying subscriber to the HUNTâLOCATION™ platform. This engaged community of Creatives consists of business founders, brand and marketing managers, photographers, stylists, directors, advertising and content agencies, art and creative directors, producers, and event managers who create content for the fashion, homewares, retail, marketing and advertising industries both in Australia and globally.
The HUNTâLOCATION™ process ensures that your HOUSE is showcased to an audience of creative professionals, and you have a secure, easy and efficient way of managing bookings and receiving payments.
INTRODUCTION AND PHOTOGRAPHY: On joining, our HUNTâLOCATION™ team of Location Agent and Photographer will meet with you and be introduced to your HOUSE, noting your availabilities and hire rates. We will photograph your property’s features that will most appeal to showcase to our Members.
PLATFORM LISTING: Your property will be listed on the HUNTâLOCATION™ platform on a dedicated page accessible exclusively to logged in HUNTâLOCATION™ Members.
SECURE COMMUNICATION AND BOOKING: Utilising the Platform’s secure Communications + Booking System, receive enquiries from our Members and communicate directly on their shoot details.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Bookings will be made on the HUNTâLOCATION™ Platform where we manage the Booking Agreements on your behalf and ensure Insurance coverage is provided. Shoots will only be confirmed once Members sign Booking Agreements and provide Insurance coverage that protects your property during shoots. This step ensures that your property is safeguarded during their use.
PAYMENT PROCESSING: Once a Booking Agreement is signed and shoot confirmed, we will charge the Member a 10% deposit of your total hire fee. The 10% will be retained by HUNTâLOCATION™ as the Booking processing fee. The remaining 90% will be invoiced to the Member prior to the shoot and payable to you within 7 days post shoot. Shoot payments will be processed to you via the Stripe Platform and visible on your private profile page providing you with transparent information about the income generated from your property's usage.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS: HUNTâLOCATION™ does not charge any additional Booking Processing or other fees. As Bookings and Payments are processed through your internal event management systems, we do not charge any additional costs to your Annual Fee.
The Partner Annual Fee covers your location listing, platform hosting, property photography and all required updates. It also includes your access to the Communications, Booking and Calendar System as well as the marketing of your location to our Creative Members. Most Importantly, it allows us to offer locations without charging our Members a Booking Fee on top of your Location Fee, resulting in better hire rates for you. We are revolutionising the outdated traditional Location Agency model to better benefit both our Partners and Members. We choose to only host locations that align with our brand and meet our Members' needs, ensuring guaranteed bookings.
The discounted Partner Annual Fee is valid for 12 months from the launch of HUNTâLOCATION™ in early 2024. The first Annual Fee will be charged via credit or debit card upon joining. Renewal notices will be sent out for the additional years of membership, and your Annual Fee will not auto-renew.
Partners may cancel at any time. Your location will be reviewed annually and you will receive an invitation to renew your membership at the end of the 12 months. Your Annual Fee will not auto-renew. In the event of a Partner membership cancellation no refund for any remaining part-year will be provided. However, if requested, your location will be immediately removed from the Platform. We are always available should you have any queries regarding your membership.
Yes, it is. If you sell or move from your current house or space and would like to continue being a Partner, your current membership can transfer with you to your new premises at no additional cost.
Yes, Partners will receive an additional 10% off, in addition to the 25% Early Bird discount, for any additional properties listed.
